## Relaunching a gaming legend for the modern era.

about the client

Atari helped launch the video game industry over fifty years ago and remains one of the world's most iconic entertainment brands. Now, they're building for a new generation of players.

CHALLENGE

Atari's legendary brand was spread thin across eight disconnected websites, each run separately. Our challenge was to unify them and build an e-commerce arm where none existed, without losing what makes Atari, Atari.

PROCESS

We started with the technical foundation of Atari's online presence. We integrated a 3PL API to sort out the logistics, and added product bundles to lift Average Order Value (AOV). To improve Conversion Rate (CVR), we gave Atari the tools to quickly build their own landing pages.

SOLUTION

The result is an agile Shopify setup that brings Atari's scattered sites together into one coherent platform, with real e-commerce for the first time. Operations are simpler, and Atari.com is now a proper home for the brand, with the company's history proudly on display.
