about the client

Cime Collections is a high-end furniture retailer with deep roots in B2B, now expanding into direct-to-consumer sales. They partner with designers, architects, and clients to bring visionary spaces to life, offering elevated furniture for the art of living at work and at home.

Challenge

Eager to expand into direct-to-consumer sales without relying on their showroom as the main revenue driver, Cime Collections needed a custom online storefront that was easy to use and ready to scale.

Process

We led Cime's migration to Shopify, working through shipping logistics and ERP integrations to get the operational side right. In hands-on workshops, we walked the Cime team through these systems so they could run them with confidence.

Solution

The result is an elegant e-commerce platform that works as a digital showroom, bringing their curated catalogue to a wider audience. With shipping logistics resolved and ERP integrated, Cime Collections is launching their consumer-facing business on solid operational footing.
