What we collect

When you use our contact or careers forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, the answers you give about your project or application, and any file you attach.

When you browse the site: technical and usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, assess a potential project or job application, and keep a record of our exchanges.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure the results of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site and handle inquiries. They process information on our behalf only: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure storage of form attachments), Slack (internal notification of new inquiries), Attio (customer relationship management), Google Analytics (site analytics), Meta Pixel and OpenAI Ads (advertising measurement).

Some of these providers store information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before using them we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google, Meta and OpenAI. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent to its use, and in some cases to have it deleted or de-indexed. Contact the person in charge of privacy as described above. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
